HISTORIC FIRST GIRLS’ WRESTLING MEET SET FOR SATURDAY

WINTER SPORTS TRYOUTS – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Believe it or not, it’s time to start thinking about Staley Falcon 2018-19 winter activities!  The first practices are set for Mon., Oct. 29 for wrestling and basketball and Mon., Nov. 5 for girls’ swimming.  Unless you have already turned it in to the school or to your coach, make sure that you bring your physical form COMPLETELY

WRESTLERS FINISH 3RD AT STATE

The Staley wrestling team sent 12 competitors to state in Columbia from Feb. 15-17, 2018, and 6 ended up on the podium with 3 wrestling in finals and crowning one state champion.  The Falcons finished 3rd as a team, only behind state champs Christian Brothers College and runner-up Park Hill. 12 WRESTLERS QUALIFY FOR STATE

STALEY SET TO HOST CLASS 4 DISTRICT WRESTLING

Staley is set to host one of the toughest wrestling districts in the state on Fri., Feb. 9 and Sat., Feb. 10.  This tournament will send the top four wrestlers in each weight class on to the state meet at Mizzou Arena in Columbia beginning Thurs., Feb. 15. Admission will be $6 per day per
